Private by design
iReliabee is a desktop app. There's no iReliabee account and no iReliabee cloud holding your conversations.
Sessions, transcripts, plans, CVs and notes live in a local database on your machine. Export or delete them whenever you like.
Bring your own keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or DeepSeek, and Deepgram, Groq or OpenAI for speech. Or transcribe fully offline with local Whisper.
The microphone and call audio are used only while you turn listening on, and you can pause or stop at any moment.
Calendar access is read-only. Sign-ins and private iCal links stay on this computer and are never included in exports.

iReliabee is a desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 and for Linux — an AppImage that runs on Ubuntu 22.04 or newer and most other distributions. It works alongside Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex and phone calls through your computer.
An API key for one AI model and one speech-to-text service — the app walks you through it. You pay those providers directly for what you use, and you can switch at any time.
It's instructed to use only what's in your profile, CV, stories, files and the conversation. Where a vivid detail would help but isn't known, it leaves a placeholder like [your metric] for you to fill in.
Yes. Each session can be in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic or Hindi — or Mixed, for conversations that switch between languages.
